Lordy, Lordy Suzzann’s Forty
June 20th, 2006 Bessie
Eek! Can this be possible? In slightly more than one measly week, my best friend is going to be 40. 40! Could I be far behind? I think not. She is 40, I am 40. *Sigh*

So, yeah, yeah, we know - Lordy Lordy Suzzann’s 40 and all I could get her was this measly web site. Actually, in reflection, this is the best thing I can get her. This will fulfill her vanities better than a boxload of MAC and will not provide one single thing that she has to store, move, dust, make room for, sell or break her ankle on. Suzzann.com needs no box, no care or feeding (I will feed her for you), and will not die from lack of attention, but she indeed will thrive with a little attention. I hope you enjoy it, Suz. If you don’t, I will write it for you and make it look like you do. Ha. Happy Birthday my dear, I love you, and wish I were there with you!!!
Love and pre-40th birthday kisses,
Bessie

Oh…My…Stars!!!
What a wonderful, sentimental, yet technical birthday present. So representative of you, and your multi-faceted personality! I love my website soooo much, and have so many ideas for things I want to put on it. I think this is the coolest possible birthday present, and my mother, father, brother, sister-in-law, nephews, Scott, and everyone else who has ever had to move, clean, or been a party to my voluminous masses of stuff thank you immensely! I can’t believe I’m going to be forty either, it seems like just yesterday we were: flying down the highway in the Z car (”living after midnight, rockin’ to the dawn”); sitting at IHOP, munching on some Rooty Tooty Fresh and Fruity, International Passport, or Chocolate Chip pancakes; watching the Crue (”Home Sweet Home”); hanging out in the Big House, partyin’ in the basement or piled up in your room; getting me through Death, Dying, and Bereavement; discussing who was going to wear the Guess jumper that night; putting on my wedding make-up and hair; watching Zoe crawl around; and the list goes on and on. Oh well, so far it’s been a hell of a ride, and even though I’ve made my share of mistakes, I don’t guess I’d change them if I could since they made me who I am, and I’m just glad you’ve been around through thick and thin to share in the “good times, bad times, you know I’ve had my share”!
Bessie, I love you beyond all reason or comprehension, through this life and into the next! You are the best Frister I could ever have! “Life is Death without Adventure, Adventure comes to those who are Daring, and Willing to take Chances”, as Prince says….Learn it, Live it, Love it!
Love, and wrinkly, old kisses,
Tallulah -

LOL Love you too Tallu - I do hope you enjoy this, I think you will. You can reminisce to your hearts content and store and show and tell and just about anything you wish. Perhaps you can post pictures of all of your stuff, and then sell it, and then you can come back here and revisit it anytime. Mostly you can write, and I hope very much you will do just that. Suzzann.com might just be the high dollar therapist of your dreams!
And your kisses are not wrinkly, you have been a good girl and used your wrinkle cream forever, and it shows.

Whew…I made it before your birthday. We never seem to be able to get together until months after the actual birthday, holiday, anniversary (what the…whose freakin’ anniversary)! Just to state that fact, I still have your Christmas present and birthday present from last year. Pitiful, pitiful! We really need to do something about this! Dang, I shouldn’t have told you, I could have used those presents this year, cause you know I’m ghetto like ‘dat! Anyway, I hope you have a wonderful birthday, I wish we could all throw you a big party, you know we want to in spirit. I’m sure I will talk to you soon. Have a great time at the concert and look lustfully at Chris and Rich for me. Love ya bunches, Kimmy
